- Files Victims Protective Orders
- Maintain record of Jury Service
- Collects fees for fines
- Collects fees for licenses and payments for court costs and deposits into the court fund
- Held accountable to the Oklahoma Court Administrator's Office and the Oklahoma Supreme Court
